Her earrings, which are currently sold out online, are described online as aquamarine and pearl dangle earrings.

The handcrafted design, which is made from sterling silver with 22 carat gold plating, is said to lightweight enough for everyday wear.

According to jewelery brand Carousel Jewels, whose designs have been spotted on characters in Netflix series Bridgerton, the earrings’ centerpiece stone, aquamarine, is the birthstone for March.

The company says the stone was’believed to protect sailors, as well as to guarantee a safe voyage ‘.

It adds: ‘The serene blue or blue-green color of aquamarine is said to cool the temper, allowing the wearer to remain calm and levelheaded.’

The blue-green color of the stones coordinated perfectly with the rest of Kate’s outfit.

This included a mint green custom dress, made by her private dress maker, featuring puff sleeves and a high neckline. She paired it with green heeled pumps, and a small clutch bag.

She finished her look with the dramatic fascinator, featuring an asymmetric rim, and giant rose detail on one side. At times, she was also spotted clutching a cream umbrella, to protect herself from the drizzle.

Her makeup for the day featured a natural base, as well as her trademark dark eyeliner, with a pink lip.

She allowed her dangle earrings to take center stage, keeping the rest of her jewelery to a minimum, sporting just her sapphire and diamond engagement ring and Welsh gold wedding band.

During the event, Kate was seen talking to a number of guests, notably Holocaust survivor Manfred Goldberg, 92, whom she has met twice before, most recently talking to him over video call last year to mark Holocaust Memorial Day.
